One great feature Jesus held was that of a great listener. It should also be mentioned that he, having marveled at the centurion is significantly important because it shows what real faith is. Not only did Jesus admire that kind of thinking, but exclaimed it to those following him. The centurion believed that Jesus would heal without doubt and it became so. Compare this with the story of Sodom and Gomorrah in Genesis 18 and Genesis 19.
