Let no man take away

There are things that are important to me and opposite that are to you. When did we receive these notions? Everyone born into the world was conceived to surrender to the world and the same die to it. With the power of Jesus, we are born of a fresh body that consists of a cleansed spirit that stands firm forever. In this, we are saved and can find eternal peace and joy.

I've been shaken. I have, still and will continue to be tempted. Like many others, I, myself have been pulled away to be dominated by sin. It is in our nature to be deceived. Yet, Jesus seems to always find me and welcomes me back. He doesn't care what I have done as long as I strive to do better. If we live for him to help others know him and do the same, he will forgive us no matter what. Even though I have had sinful thoughts and feelings, saving one person will wipe away the multitude of sins I shamefully hide inside.

I can’t find any friend or family member that will do this for me. Who will search the depths of heaven and earth to find me and keep me safe at all times. Who would come searching for me when I do not search for them? Oh Jesus, how long will I delay? Why do you love for me in such a way I cannot fathom? Please teach me this love so that I may actively seek you as you do I. My heart becomes weary and my body sore. I think I cannot go on because my mind determines this for me. Let me start a search that will never end. Just as we were promised, you cannot be taken away. Man may kill our body, but the foundation will last for all eternity. So then I ask, why do we unnoticeably forget the one who can give and take away life, both body and spirit?
