Day after day, life lives around us. It goes on whether we are ready for it or not. We cannot stop or alter its path. It is forever. The sun rises and sets just as it is written and seen to be true. Just as our heart beats, the world goes on around us. We are part of it just as Adam and Eve in the beginning. Life is the same as it was then but technology speeds up time.

Within 100 years, we have went from horse and buggy to the moon. We have created artificial organs, duplicated life from a single cell and the ability for world wide communication through the world wide web. We have created disease which causes death and we ask why. Life is getting easier and operates with less care. We are putting our efforts into hate and destruction due to lack of work.

How much longer will we wait to lend our heart to love the creator of the beginning and end of us all? Somehow, we feel immortal and forget that we are living. Yet someday, it is guaranteed that we all will die. It is proof that we are sinners. We are getting stronger and growing more advanced until we no longer feel the need for a higher power. Man is rushing to become the higher power. Yet we destroy our children and murder our friends. When will we comprehend?

I do not judge as I know I am not perfect. I cannot, however turn on the television without being informed of acts of ungodly man. My own brothers in life part of destroying it. What do they see that I don't?

Father, when will we find what it is that we are looking for and learn that it is our fault that we are this way? Satan can mess with us, but we are in charge. Who are we to blame? Please help us see the truth which life hides.
